Our secretary will be available at the registration desk on Saturday at 9:00–13:00 and will handle all matters concerning payments, invoices, attendance confirmations etc. If you plan to pay the registration fee on-site, we accept payments in zlotys only. Foreign currency can be exchanged in exchange offices (so called “Kantor”) or in banks. Withdrawing money from ATMs may be considered instead. A few banks and ATMs, and an exchange office open on weekends can be found in “Pasaż Grunwaldzki” at Grunwaldzki Square (Plac Grunwaldzki, Rondo Reagana).

Official average exchange rates of foreign currencies to zlotys (by Polish national bank) on November 4 were as follows:

CZK0,1630
EUR4,2662
HRK0,5881
100 HUF1,5398

Please note that while EUR is easily exchangable and the commision is not very high (around 1-2,5 %), CZK is exchangable (around 3% commision), other currencies may be treated as a little exotic - the commision on HUF may be high (more than 5%) and for HRK very high (even more than 10%).

If you are going to exchange a larger amount of forreign currency, you may (and should) try to negotiate the price at the exchange office.
