We reccomend walking to get there, it takes 25 minutes. The following route takes you through Ostrow Tumski, a historical and oldest part of the city.

The forecasted weather is good, with no rain nor snow, but it will be a bit cold - around 5 degrees above 0.
There will be local organisers leading groups from the Computer Science Institute to the City Hall. They will depart after 4 p.m. or a bit later should the problems discussion take more time than expected.
Alternatively, you can take a tram no. 4 or 12 and get off at the third stop (Świdnicka). The ride takes around 6 minutes. Then you need to head north for about 300 meters.
